I'm in need of a proficient Python programmer that can expertly extract specific data from PDFs. This includes:
• Text content
• Tables with a fixed column width
Once the required data has been sourced, I require it to be formatted effectively into a CSV file. Due to the specifications of the project, it would be beneficial for the successful Programmer to have:
