As a Python developer, you'll be tasked with rectifying an ongoing issue within my AWS Beanstalk environment where deployments are failing. The cause of the issue is still unknown and I'm receiving error messages when attempting to deploy. Specifically, your tasks include:

- Investigating the root cause of the deployment failures
- Providing detailed solutions to correct the deployment failure issue
- Applying required corrections and finally successfully deploying the application on AWS Beanstalk

You should have:

- Strong expertise in Python, Flask, and Requests
- Proficiency in Docker
- Experienced in working with AWS Beanstalk
- Ability to troubleshoot and rectify deployment issues
