Python Expert PLS Read the description and tell me your dealine and budget otherwise wil not be considered

I have an application that takes two images as input and calculates how similar they are based on color legend. It produces a similarity image and score. Right now, it can only work for same color legends on both pictures. This doesn’t account for scenarios where an image has two different legends in both images.
I would like to add a feature where the user can manually align index colors so the program can still work in those scenarios. Does this sound like something you can do?
