Python Expert Needed for Stock Strategy

I'm looking for a Python expert with stock market experience to help implement a trading strategy based on LTP. The conditions for entering long trades are detailed below:

Entry Conditions for Long Trades:
- ORB 10 MINUTES CANDEL HI & LOW CONDITIONS HI > +5 HI < + 10 POINTS. BETWEEN. ENTRY.GREEN CANDLE LTP 15 SECONDS FOR CALL
- ORB HI < -5 > -10 POINTS BETWEEN ENTRY. RED CANDLE LTP 15 SEC0NDS. FOR PUT. SAME ORB
- LOW SIDE ENTRIES.
- NOTE: DO NOT RE ENTER SAME CANDLE. MAX EACH 1 SET (6) ENTRIES
- ORB. HI SIDE. 2 SETS. LOW SIDE 2 SETS TOTAL 4 ENTRY CONDITIONS.

I am using an API from Flattrade for real-time stock prices. What I need the output of this strategy to be is the entry and exit signals.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python with a focus on financial applications.
- Experience with stock market analysis and trading strategies.
- Familiarity with Flattrade API or similar stock market data providers.
- Ability to implement complex entry conditions in a trading algorithm.
