Python Excel HTML Task

So the project is about converting that table into HTML form.

That table in Excel file markentry (1).xlsx, For each cell that has an element converting to HTML element, Convert the table in the excel file to HTML, but need use the skeleton given in simpletag.py and use python. optimize simpletag.py only. Test.py is just use to test whether simpletag.py workable or not. Simpleindent.py is the style to do the html
Is the input file given

1- simpletag.py is just script to produce any HTML page
2- test.py is script to use simpletag.py to produce similar page as the test.py
To ensure that simple.tag works correctly
3- markentry.py is a script that takes the Excel file as an input and use simpletag.py to produce HTML input form similar to the table in the excel file
