Python Email Validator with NeverBounce API

I need a skilled Python developer to create an application that will help validate my email list. The application should read email addresses from a CSV file, send them to the NeverBounce API for validation, and then output the results into a new Excel CSV file.

Requirements:
- The input CSV file contains email addresses only.
- The output Excel CSV file should be formatted with three columns: Email address, validation status, and validation score.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Experience working with CSV and Excel files.
- Familiarity with using APIs for email validation, specifically NeverBounce.
- Knowledge of data processing and validation techniques.
