Python to Elixir

I have a code in python which has 2 functions. It has if statements, for loops and simple list/matrix operations. I need to convert them to elixir language. I need someone who is well versed in elixir and python. The code is about 40 lines and it's simple. I have already converted it but struggling in loops and returning value out of functions.
