Python-Driven SDN Packet Flow Simulation

Job ID: 37625237

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

This project is centered on leveraging the powerful Python programming language to create a code that simulates the random generation of packet flows in a Software-Defined Networking (SDN) system.

Primary Objectives:
- Analysis of network performance: The goal behind this simulation is to gain insights into the overall performance of the SDN system.
- Traffic volume statistics: At the controller side, it's key to collect data regarding traffic volume statistics using a 2D matrix.

Random Packet Flow:
- The rate of random packet generation should be variant percentages of the network load, starting from 20% and progressing incrementally.

Ideal Candidate:
Python coding skills are essential, along with a strong knowledge of network systems and their performance analysis. Experience with SDN systems and traffic volume statistics collection would be beneficial. A debugging mindset and the ability to validate results are also important.
