Python Django hosting - little update in code -- 2

Hi, I have a small python Django website hosted in pythonanywhere.com

Last year, I received an email from Pythonanywhere. I have attached that email.

Here is the url mentioned in the mail:
https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/ChangingSystemImage

But I did not take any action.
Now, website is not working.

Would you update as mentioned in the above mail and make the website work?
