Python/Django expert with webpack/AWS experience

I'm looking for an experienced Python/Django expert with webpack/AWS experience who can help me with a project that requires around 11-20 hours of work. Specifically, I need someone who specialises in Django with specific AWS experience.
The right individual should have experience in developing and deploying web applications with the Django framework, as well as the ability to use webpack for efficient delivery. Additionally, expertise in AWS (particularly EC2 and S3) will be beneficial for this project.
You should have migrated at least one project from python2 to python3.
You should be an individual freelancer, not looking for any agency or teams.
