Python/Django expert with AWS, Websocket, SQL

Our app is a social-media application like tiktok. We used React Native/Firebase, but due to technical barrier, we are trying to rebuild this app using native(java, swift), AWS.
We are looking for a talented developer who is experienced with Python/SQL/Websocket/AWS. React Native/Firebase knowledge is helpful to understand the current workflow.
As first task, you need to build back-end using python/django for chat feature implementation. Our mobile app developer is working on mobile app and socket.io, and he want to chat with an exprienced backend developer(python, websocket) who can complete chat feature with him. Database will be AWS SQL server, so should have AWS knowledge. Prefered who is a creative and easy-communicative person.
