Python/Django expert needed

This project is a website where a manager gonna create Assemble + Meeting Objects and send a code to to all the users so they can assist the meeting with a voting right or not. The secretary is doing all the meeting management stuff. You need to create a home page view, all the views in urls.py and interfaces in project.xlsx, and whatever you judge reasonable.
