Python/Django Whatsapp Cloud API & Make.com automation

I'm working on a Python/Django project. In the project I integrated Whatsapp Cloud API to send Whatsapp notifications to platform users when they sign up, or add credits, etc..
The problem is that the number linked to the API from Whatsapp Cloud API can't be used on a phone installed on the phone. So we're forced to use a second Whatsapp number to be able to communicate with users. So that's two numbers, and the risk is that it can confuse users.
I've also tried with Twilio, but it's not possible there either.
The idea is to be able to send Whatsapp notifications with a number where users can reply and chat with the platform administrator.
While looking for a solution, I found that it might be possible to integrate make.com into the scenario to automate between the number linked with the Whatsapp Cloud API and the Whatsapp number installed on the phone's Whatsapp.
So the idea is to automate when a notification needs to be sent from the number linked with the Whatsapp Cloud API to a user of the platform, that the notification be sent from to the Whatsapp number installed on the phone and automatically send the notification back to the user with make.com from the number installed on the phone's Whatsapp.
Do you think you can do it?
