Python-Django Web-App for Data Entry/Display

I'm looking for a capable developer to build a 2-page web-app using Python and Django. The primary functions of this app are to enable user login, and to allow for product selection related data entry and display.

HTML will be provided, need only the backend to work with dummy data (data will also be provided)

Python Project with Django - two pages - NO DB

Tech Stack
Python, Django, JS and Websockets - Only Open Source frameworks & utils need be utilized

I have a frontend (html - refer the attached), need backend python project based on Django. The project does not require database integration, but the site should be functional with dummy data coming from the backend. e.g. For Login - the backend route should be setup and point to a method lets say login() - the input to the method is user_name and password, the method can be something like this

Functionality & Dummy Data for Testing
1. LOGIN
- user_name = 'test', passwed = 'test'
- if Valid User take the user to Dashboard Page
- If Invalid User - show the error message on Login page (error message comes from backend)
- If System Error - some issue in the backend - show the error message on Login page (error message comes from backend)
2. No Sign UP needed - these are already fixed logins
3. DASHBoard
- Category is prefilled in HTML
- Test Data = key, Display Value

- Buy and Sell Product List comes from backend depending on the Category
- On selecting the Category - the system fetches the Product List from Backend

3. Clicking Clear button should clear the form
4. Clicking on App 1, App 2, App 3, App 4, should submit the form along with button names
- The backend method should print the recieved form parameters to console and return a message - success or error message
- The success or error message should be shown on UI
5. The ATMS App section below the form should display message from a backend method in real-time
- For now the dummy method should generate a random string every 15 seconds, and the message should be shown on UI in real-time
6. The Table section should pick data from backend and display
- This should call a method on backend which returns dummy data for now
- The Table should be populated on loading the page
- Later the Table should be loaded (without loading the entire page) - when the refresh button above the table is clicked

7. LOGOUT
- Clicking on Logout should call a method on the backend - print logout message to console and take the user to login page
8. At the start of the app needs an init() method
- The init() method just prints a message at startup - later this method can init other services on backend at application startup

1. The website should be fully functional with above dummy data
2. No DB integration
3. Need this asap - 2 days
