Python (Django), JavaScript expert

Im looking for a Python (Django) expert to do refactoring of an application that has not been updated since 2020. This project requires looking over the application and bringing all the libraries up to date and making the necessary code changes to deliver an updated and working application. This will be a multi-phase project, each phase builds on the next, this is not a simple job but is completely possible with a developer with the right experience. ****The actual budget will be determined through conversation with selected developers.
