Python/Django Developer Needed for Newsletter Module Overhaul

I work for an Open Source AMS called Tendenci, a robust software that operates on a Python/Django/PostgreSQL framework.
We are looking to overhaul our Newsletter module, but my team doesn't have the bandwidth to take this on right now. I've looked into alternative django newsletter projects and stumbled upon https://github.com/jazzband/django-newsletter - looks like it might be promising!
I don't quite have a budget in mind yet, because I'm not entirely sure how long these deliverables will take.
Please respond if interested so we can discuss time needed for project deliverables, and thus budget.
