To do task:
1. Grab Longitude and Latitude should fetch from google map or based on zipcode.
2. When payment made then Location counting should be stores in DB, Before Payment Location quantity should check to verify that user is allow to create/add more locations into hospital.
3. Add a Location name field in Location Edit and Location ADD forms
4. Payment should be visible during payment process (How much a user pay)
5. Fix the Edit page, and show the existing location, User is only allow to add location if he has connects.
6. Make google map work on Add location form (Fetch lat/Log).
