Python-Django Based College Portal Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a comprehensive school portal for our college using Python and Django. The portal should encompass several key functionalities, primarily focused on student management and grading systems, while also integrating library access, WiFi management, and exam processing, online fee payment system.

The student management system is a critical component of the portal. It should be able to handle:
