Python Discord Nuke Bot Development

I am currently seeking the expertise of a proficient Python programmer with extensive experience in Discord bot creation. The hired professional will be tasked with developing a fully operational Discord nuke bot. This bot should be designed as a standalone executable requiring no additional downloads or keys to function.

Specifically, the bot should be equipped with the following functionalities:
the bot should be able to have hundreds of new members join rapidly.
the bot should be able to send messages

The messages it sends should adhere to the following parameters:
I would like to use different token to send hundreds of messages at once.

Ideal skills and experience for this job would include proficiency in Python coding, experience in bot development, preferably Discord bots, and a keen understanding of interactive user design. Proven track records in similar projects would be an added advantage.
