Python Developer to upgrade python package and create installation on PyPi

I have a python front end to an API that can access stock market data.
It comes with a python interface but a lot of optional API parameters are missing in many API calls.
There are 20 API calls in total.

1). I want the python interface updated to handle all parameters in all 20 endpoints.

2). I need you to supply a package for the project and configure on PyPi. https://packaging.python.org/tutorials/packaging-projects/#upload-your-distributions

We need good installation instructions for users to be able to install into Python and PyCharm.

. The script should setup paths so our package can be called by a script run in any folder.

3). We supply a test script that tests all 20 API calls. We need this checked and updated to show more of the API parameters being used.

Some stock market experience would be useful to create a dashboard/viewer with tables and charts for selecting and viewing the market data. There are many python packages available to assist with this

API calls and Python files sent to invited bidders only.
