Python Developer for Telegram API with Telethon

We are developing a Telegram Mini App designed for professionals who engage in extensive networking. This app will assist users in managing their Telegram chats and utilizing an AI-powered assistant for automation, including follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and personalized messaging.
We need a skilled Python developer to build an API using the Telethon library https://docs.telethon.dev/en/stable/index.html , which allows interaction with Telegram as a user rather than a bot.
API Requirements
The API will include 6-7 endpoints, primarily acting as a proxy for data retrieved from the Telethon library.
Example Endpoints:
1️⃣ Retrieve User’s Chats
Endpoint: GET /chats
Description: Returns an array of the user's chats along with metadata.
2️⃣ Export Chat Messages
Endpoint: POST /export-messages
Description: Extracts all messages from one or multiple specified chat IDs.
3️⃣ Comprehensive Chat Functionalities
Endpoints:
GET /chats/[chat_id]/messages → Fetches the last N messages from a chat.
POST /chats/[chat_id]/send-message → Sends a new message.
POST /chats/[chat_id]/draft-message → Saves a draft message.
