Python Developer for Talking Head Animation Service

We are looking for a skilled developer/team to create a Python-based model and API service capable of generating realistic talking head animations with full-body actions and dynamic expressions. The system will take a full-body image and an audio file as inputs and produce an animated video as output.
Key Requirements:
Input: A full-body image and an audio file.
Output: A video with synchronized lip movements, body gestures, and facial expressions based on the audio.
Programming Language: Python.
Responsibilities:
Develop a lip-sync model to match mouth movements to the provided audio.
Implement gesture synthesis to add realistic body movements.
Build a facial expression synthesis component based on audio sentiment analysis.
Create an API service with endpoints for uploading inputs and retrieving results.
Integrate components into a seamless video generation pipeline.
Optimize for performance and scalability.
