Python Developer for Stress Testing Optimization

I am seeking a Python Developer to assist with a project involving stress testing models that are currently encountering memory issues when processing full datasets. As locations are added, the models take up excessive memory, slowing performance speed significantly. Your primary task will be to get these models functioning efficiently again.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data handling techniques causing memory overflow.
- Optimize the use of our neural network models for stress testing.
- Enhance the performance speed of our models to improve overall efficiency.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong Python experience, particularly with large datasets.
- Proficient understanding of modelling and analytics.
- Numerical and statistical coding skills.
- Experience with Python libraries for large datasets such as Polars and Spark.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, particularly unit testing.
- Understanding of memory processing and able to lead engagement.
- Financial Services/Banking experience preferred.
- Credit Market Risk modelling experience an advantage.

Your ability to improve our model performance speed will be key to handling larger datasets and ensuring model accuracy in the future.
