Python Developer for AI Retail Training Tool

Overview:

We are looking for a Python developer (must be an individual) to help build an MVP for a voice-based AI training tool. The system simulates customer conversations (audio only) to allow retail salespeople to practice handling scenarios and receive automatic feedback. The system records audio conversations between employees and AI virtual customers and automatically transcribes these recordings for analysis and scoring.

You will be responsible for backend development, AI integration, and audio processing. ---

What you need to build:
- AI-generated voice-only interaction with a virtual customer (generate hundreds of questions for your sales reps)
- Scenario-based conversations using LLM (OpenAI preferred)
- Real-time text-to-speech (ElevenLabs) + audio recording
- Transcription using Whisper or similar
- AI-based scoring system based on tone, pacing, and flow
- Simple scoring output: “pass” or “needs improvement” + feedback notes
- Management tools or scripts to manage scenarios and sessions
- CRM integration

AI scenario logic:
- Use pre-built templates (we’ll help you define them)
- Use OpenAI with structured prompts to generate dynamic responses
- Identify conversational steps (e.g. greeting, product presentation, closing)
