I'm looking for a skilled Python developer to create an AI Surveillance System for outdoor areas. This system will primarily focus on object detection, specifically vehicles, people, and animals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a system that can accurately detect and classify various objects in real-time
- Ensure the system is optimized for indoor & outdoor surveillance
- Use computer vision, machine learning, OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for development
