Python Developer for Mask Layout Automation in Microfabrication

I'm seeking a skilled Python developer to assist with CAD-based microfabrication mask design for my projects. The work will involve scripting in CleWin or KLayout to automate layout generation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop a Python script that generates geometries based on mechanical motifs such as serpentines or horseshoe-shaped structures, with configurable parameters (e.g., width, curvature radius, segment length, number of turns).
-Integrate the script with CleWin or KLayout, enabling automated routing of interconnects (wires) between elements or pads.
-Implement features for parameter optimization, geometry generation, and automated layout creation.
-Deliver clean, well-structured, and well-documented code, reusable across multiple design iterations.
Ideal Skills:
-Proficiency in Python, especially for CAD automation or computational geometry
-Experience with KLayout’s Python API, CleWin scripting, or similar layout/CAD tools
-Familiarity with microfabrication processes, MEMS, or mask design is a strong plus
