Python Developer for Github Repo Fork and combining two gits together to develop a new webapp

I am looking for an experienced Python developer who is proficient in using Github. I need someone who can fork two existing Github repositories and combine them together to create a new web application. These are all opensource and have all documentation to complete it. It is relatively straightforward task and i require the right team to complete it.
