Python Developer for ArcGIS Enterprise Migration

I am looking for a skilled and reliable Python developer for a data migration project using ArcGIS Python API. The task involves migrating components such as web maps, web feature layers, forms, surveys, and more from a production ArcGIS portal to a test portal, while maintaining the original privileges, groups, and user associations. The project requires a complete Python script that handles data backup, migration of items and groups, user transfer, and detailed logging to monitor the migration process.
Requirements:
Experience with ArcGIS Python API or similar GIS portal management tools.
Advanced Python skills with the ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Ability to manage and migrate users, groups, and items while maintaining associated permissions and privileges.
Experience with logging systems and data backup.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a full backup of components from the production ArcGIS portal.
Migrate users, groups, items (web maps, feature layers, etc.) while maintaining relationships between components.
Implement detailed logging for each step of the migration process to track progress and catch errors.
Ensure the same user privileges, groups, and item associations are maintained during the migration process.
Test and validate migrated components in the test portal environment to ensure functionality.
