Module 1#: Time Tracking:
The chatbot supports essential actions such as clocking in/out and attendance management. It should also handle vacation and sick quota management, allowing employees to retrieve leave quotas and submit leave requests directly through the chatbot
→ creation of a time account where (overtime or undertime is accumulated → taking into account the employees’ work schedule agreement to set up a time account
→set up a vacation account to track vacation entitlements and remaining leave (can a chatbot handle communication about about remaining leave, overtime etc.?)
→manage holidays
→dashboard (for employees/admin)

Module 2#: Employees’chat integration (with video, audio and file sharing)


Module 3#:Onboarding/Training Exchange Program
Every new employee must complete 2-3 mandatory training sessions. PDFs will be provided for this purpose (or training videos at a later stage). The issue is that employees often take a very long time to complete these, so a feature is required where an employee can mark each respective training as completed (e.g., after answering 3-4 standardized questions). If an employee fails to complete the training within a certain timeframe, they will be reminded for ex. through the bot “Hello X, These trainings have not been completed yet: GDPR Training”(with the setting of a deadline). The admin has an overview of who has completed the trainings and who hasn't.
Module 4#:News (synchronization via Website) and announcements (Push News) to keep employees informed in real-time
Module 5#:Team - Storing employees' contacts (contact list). Calling and sending emails should be possible by clicking on the respective phone/email icons.
Module 6#. Document storage
Optional: Body of knowledge for deliveringconsistent answers through the Bot to Employee Queries (for ex. to start with employee handbook) → “guided” chatbot, built upon pre-defined intents or NLP?
