Python Developer Needed for Web Scraping

I'm looking for a Python expert who can create a script for me to scrape data from a specific Chinese government website - the Medication Database.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Develop a Python function to search the Medication Database and extract relevant data, including medication names, dosages and forms, and approved uses and side effects.
- The script should facilitate searching through a specified set of keywords, which I will provide.
- Format and save the extracted data as CSV and TXT files for easy access and analysis.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python with a strong background in web scraping.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience in structuring and formatting data for ease of use.
