Python Developer Needed for PDF Quiz Extraction

I need a skilled Python developer who can write a program for me that will extract multiple choice quizzes from a series of PDFs. All PDFs are consistent in their format, which simplifies the extraction process. The final output should be a neatly organized CSV file.

Suppose I provide you a pdf which has mcq's on each pas now what I want you to do is write a program that will detect when is next question is starting and strip that question and for that particular question what are the options and strip each option and export questions and options in each row to a csv file in image format only

Note: I am not looking for one who just uses AI api key to detect question and options, since the pdf contain math questions ai many times forgets to see symbols. I want a custom program
