Python Developer Needed for MySQL and API Integration

I'm in need of an experienced Python developer who can assist with integrating my MySQL database with a third-party API. The data being handled will primarily be transaction data. The scope of this project includes:

- Establishing MySQL connectivity utilizing Python's mysql-connector-python library
- Implementing API integration with the requests library, specifically handling both GET and POST requests
- Developing a robust error handling and logging mechanism, particularly focused on notifying me of any errors
