Python Developer Needed for Chatbot Optimization

I have a python code for my chatbot.its using llama api for chatting. I want to make it offline. Install llama in my server locally and use that instead of api.
Also i m facing an issue in max token request. Not able to give big text to bot. Need to resolve that too.
Need changes in prompt too to make sure the bot replies properly.
