As a Python Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using Python, Flask, and Django frameworks.
2. Design and implement database models, queries, and optimization techniques for efficient data storage and retrieval.
3. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
5. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system reliability issues.
6. Write efficient and reusable code following established coding standards.
7. Integrate third-party APIs, including AWS and GCP services, for seamless functionality and data exchange.
8. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues.
9. Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Python, Flask, Django, AWS, and GCP technologies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong focus on Flask and Django frameworks.
3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
4. Working knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS APIs, AWS Textract
5. Familiarity with GCP APIs, Such as Vertex Ai
6. Proficient in writing efficient and optimized SQL queries.
7. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with other web frameworks like Pyramid, Tornado, or FastAPI.
2. Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
