Python Developer - Finish up a Rephrasing Generator and reverse lookup

Working on a rephrasing and reverse lookup generator. the Backend code is mostly there and so is the UI but the two are not connected. Main programmer had to leave project because of health issues so I need a self starter. I have a junior programmer on the job but his skills are limited and is struggling.
Documentation need also.
