Python Desktop Software for 3D Modeling

I'm looking for a Python developer with expertise in 3D modeling to create desktop software for me. The primary use of this software will be for product design.

Key Features:
- Mesh Editing Tools: The software must include advanced mesh editing capabilities allowing for detailed manipulation of 3D models.

-Mathematical experience : You have to select area on the STL file and do different lattice on the part.

Tech Stack:
- Vedo : Knowledge Vedo library will help
- PyQt for the UI
- Find Library for Lattice

Ideal Skills:
- Python Programming: Strong proficiency in Python is a must.
- 3D Modeling Software Development: Prior experience in developing 3D modeling software will be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge in Lattice
