Python Desktop Agent for Employee Activity Tracking

I need a Python-based desktop agent application developed. This application should monitor employee activity with a focus on application usage, and upload pertinent data, including screenshots, to Amazon S3 or a similar cloud storage service.

Key functionalities of the application should include:
- Monitoring the time spent in each application
- Tracking key actions within applications
- Taking screenshots every 5 minutes

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in Python development, specifically for creating desktop applications. Familiarity with cloud storage services, particularly Amazon S3, is also crucial. Experience in developing monitoring software will be a distinct advantage.
