Python Debugging

Hello,

I have 2 scrypts doing the same job, taking Audio file + image(s) and creating a video about them.
The issue is both of them are not working.

Here are the errors, I am facing :

Audio_To_Video =
usage: Audio_To_Video.py [-h] image audio output
Audio_To_Video.py: error: the following arguments are required: image, audio, output


Audio_To_Video2 =
mutagen.MutagenError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Users\\fflorian......'

Attached the image (which is only a black background format tiktok) with an audio.

At the end, I only need a script being able to work properly on my computer and doing the job detailed above.
