Python Data Analysis & Business Reporting

I need a freelancer to write a Python code from scratch to analyze structured data (like CSV or Excel files) and then create a comprehensive business report based on the output of the code. The deliverables will include both the Python notebook and the business report in Word.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, particularly in data analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
