Python Dashboard for IMD Rainfall Data

I'm looking for a skilled Python developer with knowledge of geo spatial analysis to create an interactive dashboard for visualizing IMD rainfall gridded data.
Looking for Delhi NCR (India) location
Key Features:
- Visualization through heatmaps & line charts at a country level
- Ability to filter data based on:
- Date range
- Geographical region
- Rainfall intensity
- latitude & longitude
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Python with experience in data visualization libraries like IMDlib, Xarrays, Geo Pandas etc
- Prior work with creating dashboards with spatial analysis is a plus
- Ability to understand and manipulate gridded rainfall data
The purpose of the project is to develop a user-friendly dashboard that displays rainfall data as heatmaps spanning across the country on daily basis and an analysis of rainfall with some custom filters. The dashboard should be capable of filtering data based on a specified date range, lat & long, and varying levels of rainfall intensity. The ideal freelancer for this project would be someone with extensive Python skills and experience in creating interactive data visualization dashboards. It is a progressive project will add tasks time to time.
