Python Dashboard/Scrapper

I'm in need of a proficient Python developer to create a dashboard/scraper that can visualize and filter data.
I will provide a few samples of what I would like to see and interact. It would be an ongoing project.
The main requirements for this project are:
- Data Visualization: The dashboard should be able to take in data and create clear visual representations of it. This could be in the form of charts, graphs, or other visual formats.
- Data Filtering: The dashboard should allow users to filter the data based on various criteria. This could be date, category, or any other relevant filtering options.
For this project, I require a Python developer with experience in building dashboards and data visualization tools. Knowledge of web scraping techniques would be an advantage but not mandatory.
