Python Dash code alongside me

I want to build a Python Dash project that displays filtering options and a Datatable with action buttons. One of the action buttons should open a new tab with another Dashboard specific for the element I clicked. I need somebody who can speak english and code this alongside me, like a tutorial on how to build this. We would discuss the details on it before we begin.
