Python x2 Crypto Exchange Connector

Hi , i need 2 crypto exchange connecturs to pull portfolio data into a db , live account balances , open positions, trade history, save into tables and then excel front end to pull data from db and create excel reports .Rest and websocket connections to crypto exchanges and then pull this private account data. I need it to refresh db with a last known timestamp snapshots of crypto accounts on a timer
