Python: Controller + Slave

I need a Python script ("Controller.py") that calls an other python script ("Slave.py")
There shall be various entities of "slave.py".
The controller must be able to serve slaves on different servers (VPS).
We use web server (OS: Ubuntu or other Linux derivate).
