Python Concurrency for Document Conversion

I am in need of a Python expert to create a program that will handle multiple tasks concurrently via workers (multi process)

I already wrote a task manager using threading and async, I just want to make sure I have no race conditions, avoid deadlocks and improve logic and preformance.
