I need an experienced Python developer to help me convert an already finished python project into something else. We will be adding a few features, etc. You need to be very experienced with OpenCV and computer vision processing with Python.
I would like to use this (https://github.com/EdjeElectronics/OpenCV-Playing-Card-Detector) but instead of using a feed from a webcam, instead use a video from my computer of an online blackjack table.
