Python - Combine 2 files from github to redirect DIscord Websocket Stream to TG -- 2

I have a couple of github projects that I want to integrate together .
One of them is a discord websocket client which gets the stream from all servers user is connected to
The other one is a discord to TG relay that doesn't work properly because it's no longer possible to get username discord messages using the api .
The task is simply to Relay the websocket stream from Discord to TG and apply a couple of filters (server and channel id, eventually userid) . Since there is free code available for both it should be a pretty straightforwarrd task .
Budget is $70 , should take no longer than a couple of hours to mix the 2 files together .
