Python Coder for NLP & REGEX Task

I am in need of a skilled Python programmer who excels in Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly in Named Entity Recognition (NER). Proficiency in utilizing NLTK for NER is highly preferred. Along with NER, expertise is required in Regular Expressions (REGEX) to identify specific words or phrases. In summary, an ideal candidate would possess:

- Strong coding skills in Python
