Python Code for USG Image Evaluation

As a part of my existing business, I need a Python code that can effectively compare two or more USG images, assess the key parameters, and present the results in a tabulated format.
Key Requirements:
- **Image Comparison & Evaluation:** Your primary task will be to develop a code that can accurately compare different USG images obtained from various gels. The code should evaluate the following parameters :
1. Sharpness
2. Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR)
3. Contrast
4. Artifacts, if possible
- **Tabulated Outcomes:** The final output of the code should be a neatly compiled table that clearly represents these parameters for easy interpretation.
Timeline:
I am looking to have this project completed within the next 14 days.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
