Python Code for People/Vehicle Detection
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am in need of a proficient Python coder who can develop a robust object recognition system for me. The key tasks for this project are as follows:
- Create a Python code able to recognize and detect people and vehicles.
- The code not only needs to detect these objects but also provide specific information about them, including flagging any instances of jumping signals via license plate detection.
- Additionally, it should be able to identify instances of multiple riders on two-wheelers, whether the riders are Indian or foreign, again using license plate detection.

* other than Yolo any 3 Deep learning network model
The ideal freelancer for this project should demonstrate previous experience in Python coding, exceptional competency in object recognition, and ideally some familiarity with traffic regulation automated enforcement. The perfect addition to their portfolio would be past projects involving license plate detection skill.
